2| Checkout & Order processing. Our shipping methods and customs duties are displayed at checkout.

Once your customer makes a purchase online from you, they will be shown our shipping methods. They will then pay our shipping costs. Shipping method and any applicable customs duties (import VAT & import taxes) will be displayed directly at checkout. We will send you a consolidated invoice later.

The order data will be transmitted to us. This allows us to Determine shipping and customs information in real time.

3| Provision of shipping documents & collection.

Once the customer completes their order, we create the shipping documents based on the submitted data. We generate Shipping label, pro forma invoice, packing list and, if applicable, the export accompanying document (EAD) and provide everything for Download Ready. You attach it to the package. We'll pick you up and accompany the package to the recipient.

4| Shipping overview, shipping & customs clearance as a service.

In your online shop you can place your orders with our Shipping information (tracking number, tracking link, shipping documents) etc.). You will find much more detailed information in our shipping portal. There, in the detailed shipping view, you will find a complete timeline.

We take care of the shipping process. Communication with customs & recipientShould there be any questions, we will try to answer them ourselves or, if necessary, obtain your answers.

We will only stop monitoring the package once it has reached its destination.

5| Invoice, Shipping & Customs

You will get one Consolidated invoice for all shipments including reference numbers. These will be used. Shipping rates and customs fees Listed separately.
