5 easy steps to a successful international package

1. Format the address correctly
Pay attention to the correct spelling for international addresses: street, house number, postal code, city and country in block letters – preferably with country code (e.g. “DE-12345 Berlin”).

2. Compare shipping providers
Not every provider is equally affordable or fast. Use our Shipping calculator and find the best offer between DHL, UPS, Hermes or DPD – depending on the country, weight and package size.

3. Don't forget the customs forms.
For countries outside the EU, you will need a customs declaration (CN22/CN23) and a commercial or pro forma invoice. Please fill these out carefully to avoid queries or delays. We are happy to help you with any questions and handle the customs clearance for you!
